The C63 AMG was actually advertised as an honour to the old Mercedes 300SEL late 1960’s. The M100 engine used in the 300SEL was 6.3 litres, the first V8 built by Mercedes Benz and also the first one to be tuned by AMG.
But when AMG tuned the engine for the C63, its engine capacity reduced to 6.2litres.
It must be noted that the 63 badges are mainly a reference to the old 300SEL.
These number-plates are ideal for the AMG enthusiast or owner wanting to match these plates perfectly with their Mercedes.
They are incredible collectors item and are perfect for these muscle cars!
